The Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitations Department operates three detention facilities which are used by the North Miami Police Department. The Metro West Detention Center can be found on NE 41st Street while the Pre-Trial Detention Center is located in NW 13th Street. The Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center is located in NW 41st Street. The visitation hours for each facility are different and will depend on the first letter of an inmate’s last name.
