The Stanly County Detention Center houses the inmates of the Badin Police Department. The Detention Center can hold up to 133 inmates. Each inmate is permitted one 15-minute visit on site per weeks. Visitation can also be done online. All visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through or by calling 704-986-3734 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The onsite visitation schedule is as follows:
