The Maiden Police Department houses its pre-trial inmates at the Catawba County Detention Facility which is located within the Catawba County Government Campus. Inmates at this jail are allowed one (1) fifteen-minute visit each week. Visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Visiting hours are Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm, Friday 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 11:00 am and 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm, Sunday 9:00 am – 11:00 am, and 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
