The Town of Mills River contracts with the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office for law enforcement services.

The Henderson County Detention Center is located at 375 First Avenue East in Hendersonville. It is able to hold 222 inmates. Inmate visitations are held onsite and remotely. Each inmate is allowed two 15-minute onsite visits per week. All visits must be scheduled through www.homewav.com.
