The Gaston County Jail is where the Stanley Police Department houses its pre-trial inmates. The facility houses both male state pretrial detainees and convicted inmates as well as pretrial federal inmates from the United States Marshal’s Office. The jail can hold up to 408 inmates. All inmates are allowed visitation, via video and in person.
