These officers are responsible for conducting follow-up investigations and processing prisoner booking information. The entire department is under the command of Chief of Police Mark Dunbar.

The visiting hours at the Millington City Jail are 9am to 11am everyday except Tuesdays. Visitors must be immediate family and are required to provide a valid photo identification card. He/she must also have no weapons or drug charges in the last 5 years. Visits are no more than 20 minutes long and visitors are not allowed to visit more than 3 times in a week.
