The Richmond records Division consist of one records person who is responsible for making sure that all information needed in reports, citations, arrest reports, and accident reports are up to date and correct. This employee is also responsible for any dissemination of information in compliance with the Open Records Act.

Requests for public records can be made by completing and submitting the City’s Public Information Request Form. The completed application shall be hand delivered, mailed, or sent via fax to the City Secretary’s office during regular office hours, except during legal holidays.
