The Union County Jail is the facility utilized by the Waxhaw Police Department. You can find it at 3344 Presson Road. Inmates at this facility are allowed up to two 15-minute visits a day. Visitation is held from Thursdays through Sundays, 1:30pm to 4:30pm. The schedule is based on the inmates’ last names.
