The Okaloosa County Department of Corrections operates the jail used by the Niceville Police Department. The Director and Chief Correctional Officer is Stefan W. Vaughn, Ed.S, MSA, CPM. Inmate visitation is through video only. Onsite video visits are free and while remote video visits are not. All visits must be scheduled a minimum of 12 hours prior. Onsite visits are from Tuesday – Friday from 10 a.m. – 4:40 p.m. while remote visits are available 7 days a week from 7a.m. – 9:40 p.m.
