The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office Department of Corrections consists of three detention centers. Major Frank Milo is the commanding officer of the department. The Main Detention Center which is located on Gun Club Road is a facility that can house 2166 maximum medium, and minimum custody adult males as well as juveniles and special population inmates (female and male). The West Detention Center, on the other hand, can be found in Belle Glade and houses 998 inmates of all custody levels. Visitations are conducted through video only for both facilities.
