The Volusia County’s Division of Corrections operates a correctional facility and a branch jail that are used by the New Smyrna Beach Police Department. The Warden of the Correctional Facility is Larry Langdon. The Warden for the Branch Jail is Rodney Prince. Inmates are allowed one visit per day Tuesday through Saturday.
