Inmates are held at the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center, which is located in Tulsa. In-person visits with inmates can be done on Friday and Saturday, from 8 am to 3:30 pm. Inmates are allowed one 15-minute visit per week. Onsite video visitation can be done daily from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and is free. Off-site visitation can be done daily from 8:30 am to 10 pm.
