 The Bossier City Jail is located on the premises with the police department and primarily holds inmates awaiting trial or convicted of violations of city ordinances. Visitation with inmates whose last names start with A-L is on Tuesday from 6 pm to 7 pm, and visitation with inmates whose last names start with M-Z is on Thursday from 6 pm to 7 pm. Each inmate is allowed 2 visits per week.
