Midway, Utah Police Station Information

The city of Midway contracts with the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office for law enforcement services. The WCSO is comprised of several divisions and units. The Patrol Division is responsible for conducting 24/7 police coverage to the various areas within the jurisdiction of the Sheriff’s Office. The Corrections Division oversees the operation of the Wasatch County Jail. This division is also responsible for ensuring the safety and security of everyone at the Wasatch County Justice Center. The current Sheriff is Jared Rigby.

The Wasatch County Jail houses all individuals detained by the WCSO. All inmates at this facility are allowed one 30-minute visit each visiting day. Family and friends require to arrive early and sign-in. The visitation schedule is as follows:

Tuesday 5:30pm to 7:00pm
Saturday 12:00pm to 2:30pm

Female Inmates:
Thursday 5:30pm to 7:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm to 2:30pm
