The Cumberland County Detention Center houses the pretrial inmates of the Stedman Police Department. The Chief Jailer is Major Tandra Adams. Each inmate is granted 2 visits per day, a total of 14 visits each week. Visitation is open daily. The hours on Mondays through Fridays are 8:30am to 11:30am; 1:00pm to 4:30pm; and 6:30pm to 9:45pm. The hours on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are 10:00am to 12:00pm; 1:00pm to 4:30pm; and 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
