The Wake County Jail is the facility utilized by the Rolesville Police Department. The facility is run by the Detention Division of the Wake County Sheriff’s Office. The main jail is located at 3301 Hammond Road. A second facility, John H. Baker, Jr. Public Safety Center, which is located at 330 S. Salisbury Street. The total capacity of the two facilities is 1,568. All visitations for inmates at these two facilities are conducted by video only at the main facility. Visiting hours are from 9am to 1:30pm and 4 to 6:30pm. Visitation days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
