The Cleveland County Detention Center, which is at 407 McBrayer Street, and the Law Enforcement Detention Center, located at 100 Justice Place, are the facilities used by the Kings Mountain Police Department to hold its pre-trial inmates. These jails are run by the Detention Division of the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office.
