The Cleveland County Detention Center, which is at 407 McBrayer Street, and the Law Enforcement Detention Center, located at 100 Justice Place, are the facilities used by the Kings Mountain Police Department to hold its pre-trial inmates. These jails are run by the Detention Division of the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office. Inmate visitation is held from 1pm to 3:45pm on Wednesdays for inmates with the last name beginning with A through M. Visitation for inmates with their last name beginning with N through Z are held on Fridays from 1pm to 3:45pm.
