The Hoke County Detention Center is the facility used by the Raeford Police Department to hold its pre-trial inmates. The head of the facility is Chief Jailer Maj. Darnell Jacobs. Inmate visitation is on a first come, first serve basis. Each inmate is allowed one 15-minute visit with up to 3 visitors. The visitation hours are as follows:
